Ernso Pierre graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with an emphasis in Human Rights from Brigham Young University-Idaho, USA. As someone who is passionate about languages, he speaks English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French and conversational Portuguese.
Dedicated to helping the displaced in his community, in 2018 he began working to help refugees adapt and be independent. Currently, he focuses his efforts on the African refugees in his community and coordinates efforts to serve them weekly.
Haitian born and experienced in the Dominican Republic, Ernso serves as a liaison to young adult athletes transitioning to the United States and learning English. For over a decade, he has been involved in youth sports. Ernso also works with Latin American academies, coaches, and players in advising and facilitating the college recruitment process in the United States and helps negotiate for players signing contracts. Seeing people grow and develop brings him great joy.
